Begin the quest by speaking to Clarin in porunga town.

You will receive a list for making a special drink.

Ingredients:

* 15 Phials of Water (Dropped by Namekian Outcasts)
* 10 Ghost Tears (dropped by Ghosts east from Urunai baba, upon killing ghosts the tears will automatically appear in your backpack, not in the loot of the monster)
* 100 Blueberries (can be bought in food cupboards in cities)
* 3 Hell Fruits (can be obtained from other quests/sagas or picked up once a day from the hell fruit tre in the center of Hell)
* 5 Strawberries (can be found on a table in hercule city in the kitchen once per restart)

Once you have all the ingredients return to clarin for your reward.
