After taking the teleport, walk all the way east and find a namekian ship then use it.

Head over to Toob with the path below.

After speaking to Toob he will ask us to kill 25 Tyranosaurs and to bring him 10 Tyranosaur skin and 30 Tusks.

Below is the path to the best Tyranosaur respawn.
