By choosing a faction quest with the Saiyans, you won't be able to start a faction quest with the Tsufuls, so you have to choose one.
I'll just add that the weak Saiyan set, which we'll be able to create later, is preferred for attack/tank classes, while the Tsuful set is preferred for ki classes.
We're going to meet with Garou.
The first task is to obtain the Tsuful Emblem for him. You can obtain it from Tsuful Civilians or Tsuful Soldiers. I'll show you sample locations for these monsters.
Once we've obtained the item, we return it to the quest giver.
We receive the next mission: we must go to Leeck.
He was robbed by Tsufuls. The place where he was robbed is located slightly away from him in the rock.
We jump through the bars with the zanzoken.
We collect the documents from the chest, return to Leeck, and then to Garou for the reward.
