Quest Spoiler
Starting Point:
We start the mission with Kibito. We talk to him hi -> bless, and then he sends us to help Loki
We message him "hi" -> "bless," and then find out that the Mayor of East City needs our help.
We write to Mayor Hi -> talk -> donate, he asks us for financial help in the amount of 1.75kk and then sends us to Shop Assistant Anna in Hercule City.
(Sometimes the conversation leads us to another quest, "Winter Tower," so we have to talk him into asking for financial help.)
We write to Shop Assistant Anna hi -> talk, who sends us to Bartender Jose, also in Hercule City.
Type "hi -> talk" to Bartender Jose to start the conversation; he asks you to bring him 20 Tench, 20 Namekian Bream, and 15 Vegeta Bleak. Once you deliver the required fish, he sends you to Dr. Bruno in North City.
To catch Tench, you need a Fishing skill of 45 (Location: Earth).
To catch Namekian Bream, you need a Fishing skill of 45 (Location: Namek).
To catch Vegeta Bleak, you need a Fishing skill of 50 (Location: Vegeta).
We write to Dr. Bruno hi -> talk; he asks us to bring the missing materials:
15x white droid cooler, 15x red droid cooler, 5x golden droid cooler.
Droid Cooler drops on Future Earth from:
Droid Type 8 - White Droid Cooler
Droid Type 9 - Red Droid Cooler
Droid Type 10 - Golden Droid Cooler
Once we hand over the required items, she sends us to Kail in Vegeta City; we say "hi" and then "talk" to him, and he asks us to bring: 3 gold bars, 10 steel bars, 15 bronze bars.
After handing the items over to Kail, go to Kibito from whom you accepted the quest to collect your reward.

A brief overview of how blessings work:
Golden Karma (GK) can be restored by completing "Blessing Missions," which become available after finishing the aforementioned quest.
There are 4 quests available starting at level 240, and 3 quests that unlock only at level 300.
Each quest restores a certain percentage of GK; the specific amount provided by each quest is detailed in the quest log. Every quest also offers a "chance" to drop an additional Blessing Orb (Level 1 or Level 2).
A Blessing Orb is a single-use item that instantly adds a certain percentage of GK. (Note: Once you use an orb, you cannot use another until you die.)
Below is the amount of GK restored by each specific orb:
Blessing Orb Lv1 -> 30% GK
Blessing Orb Lv2 -> 45% GK
Blessing Orb Lv3 -> 75% GK
Blessing Orb Lv4 -> 95% GK
The GK-restoring Blessing quests reset with every Death in the game.
