Starting Point:
There are two ways to get to Hell. The first is unpleasant because you have to die. The second way is to go to Karin Tower and talk to Dende, who will transport you there for free.
Then we follow the road from Dabura to our client.
Mez gives us the mission. (I recommend talking to Mez from the top and to Goz from the bottom, so you don't talk to two at once.)
The first mission is to kill 100 Evil Souls, but there's a catch: if we hit Soul during that time, the counter resets, and we can try again in an hour.
