I will first show you the way to Heaven.
We go to Dende, who will transport us to Hell. He is located at Karrin Tower.
Then near Dabura, we enter the teleport.
At the beginning of the path, we'll find a Palace Guardian, who will take us to the end of the snake path up to and including level 34. If we're level 35 or higher, we'll have to run the entire way on foot.
At the end we enter the teleport again and get to North Kaio.
We write to North Kai to transfer us to the planet of Supreme Kai.
We begin the mission with Supreme Kai, where we must face Olibu. He is located on a rock on the right.
After attempting to enter the door, we receive a message that we must first defeat Heavenly Recruit.
Once we have killed enough monsters, we return to defeat Olibu and then return to the quest giver for our reward.
