I recommend doing the quest on a higher level than required because along the way we can encounter monsters such as Tyranosaur, Ancient Tyranosaur and Namekian Pterodactil.
Starting Point:
We start the quest with Guru.
We ask him for information about the Dragon Clan.
He directs us to Mori , who provides us with more information.
From him, we learn about a previously unknown experienced boater , and we need to find someone who has seen him.
To do this, we go to Tooba , who is in a city on the right side of Namek.
From him, we receive information on where we might meet an experienced boater, so we set out to find him.
We head south to the island.
We learn that the boat he's traveling on is broken, so he needs skin to repair it. We need to bring 5 ancient tyrannosaurus skins and 25 tyrannosaurus skins.
After delivering the materials, we can finally travel to Dragon Island, but that's not the end of our mission. We still need to find Brother Mori.
We appear in a white circle, with a line I marked the path to the rocks through which it will be easy for us to find the city.
We reach Porunga Town, where our next adventure begins.
Mori's brother is located inside the castle in the town.
When meet with Ocari, we say that Mori sent us and we start a whole series of quests in which we will help the inhabitants of Porunga Town and this will help us gain reputation and rewards.
