Starting Point:

To get to Forgotten Island, pretend to be Bouter, for example in South City, write hi -> Forgotten Island -> Yes

It transports us to an island with samurai, a very good spot for experience, even up to level 200.

Killing these mobs gives us a chance to drop the Second Part of the Death Poem; it will automatically appear in your backpack.

The main drops from these mobs are the Forbidden Samurai Scroll, the Forgotten Soul, and with a bit of luck, the Forgotten Katana.

To unlock the quest, right-click the First Poem and Second Poem to learn the story from the unkown Samurai.

After obtaining the First/Second Poem + 50 Forgotten Soul + 1 dead Frogotten Samurai Body, go to the room marked on the map.

Then we place our required items on the designated four squares (the arrangement is probably random)

After arranging the items, we press the statue which unlocks the door to the vault.

Our prize is waiting for us in the Box
