Starting Point:
We're going to meet with Garou.
Garou sends us to the rebel leader Tercres to offer the rebels a peace treaty.
Tercres refuses to agree to a peace treaty. We return to Garou and inform him of the rebel's response.
The next task is to bring Garou 
100 Saiyan Tails.
For this we will need a machete, which we take from the warehouse down and to the right of Garou.
Use the machete on the Saiyan rebels when they have red HP (it's not 100% chance to get the tail). After collecting 100 tails, return to Garou for your reward.
